We also map the trade skill levels, languages and attitudes of the different candidates. Our goal is to offer the best staffing solutions, both when it comes to qualification and communication. PROCESS

  • We start by canvassing for suitable candidates based on the description from the principal.

  • Calling in for interviews and interviewing suitable candidates.

  • Checking references, certificates, diplomas and necessary documentation.

Potential candidates from our companies in the Baltics have a contract in hand when they leave their home country, and both principal and employee have a guarantee that everything is in order when he or she enters Norway.

On Off Bemanning started very early to specialize in custom made staffing services for Norwegian businesses. These companies need specialized solutions to meet demands in their respective markets, and we are proud that our subsidiary, On Off Staffing Group, is currently the biggest staffing agency in Lithuania.

The company is also a member of the Norwegian National Employer's organization (NHO) and certified as employer through the RA - Revidert Arbeidsgiver®-system.
